Please note that we cannot process returns or provide refunds on CJ’s Medicine Cabinet orders. This is mainly due to FDA requirements for shipment of items for human consumption in interstate e-commerce. Thank you for understanding!
Please report damaged goods immediately upon being noticed and save the original packaging in case a claim needs to be filed. Please take photos of the damaged box and damaged products and email [email protected] with photos, your address, and your order number for a replacement of any damaged goods. We will only replace clearly damaged items in your order at our expense. We only replace product and will not provide refunds. We will not replace non-damaged items in your order.
