CBN is the sleep specific cannabinoid that forms as THC ages. It works on both sides of the problem: helping you drift off and helping you stay under through the night. CBD rounds out the effect.

We leave out melatonin on purpose. Melatonin is a hormone, not a supplement. Your body already makes it; dosing it nightly can suppress your own production and become habit forming over time. It is prescription only in most of Europe, the UK, Japan, and Australia for exactly that reason. We would rather work with your system than override it.
